I am a Director and a Co-Founder of JB Construction Services PTY LTD. A company that has been part of Melbourne’s Construction Industry for nearly a decade now, and has earned its well deserved spot as one of the city’s most trusted Construction Services Providers. My main role within this conglomerate largely revolves around the Operations Management duties, which sometimes spill over into a Project Management role. General duties focus in on the smooth operation and transitional organisation of the various trade based teams. Whether it is via schedules or via task specifications, I make sure that all the relevant trades for a specific service and/or project are functioning at their optimal efficiency and are hitting the required targets.
