What to Expect During Your YTT
- 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali over 4 weeks
- 160+ contact hours with experienced lead teachers
- Covers all eight limbs of yoga: traditional Hatha, dynamic Vinyasa, and foundational Yin styles
- Includes additional modules in Ayurveda, prenatal yoga, anatomy, and Acro Yoga
- Supported by an experienced team and in-house holistic practitioners
- Focused on preparing you to confidently teach Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes
