As you probably know by the time you've got to this page, planning to build an Industrial Warehouse is a major undertaking on a number of levels. There are many factors to take into consideration, and all these will vary depending on your needs.

For instance, if you need a quiet office space for your sales team, the layout can be changed to put the office further from the noise, or perhaps put some sound insulation to dampen the noise.

There are a lot of things to watch out for - for instance, did you know all double-storey office blocks have to have a lift installed? You may find it cheaper to have single-level offices to avoid this cost, depending on the situation.

At Asset we also understand that no one wins when variations have to be done. So we work with you to come up with an all-inclusive contract before the contract is signed, but if a variation arises then both parties will sign off on an agreed separate contract before any work starts.
