Heartburn Tea


Directions:
Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250 ml) of water for at least 5 minutes.


Drink:
Drink 1 to 3 cups daily, as required.


Ingredients:
Spearmint leaf, lemon balm leaf, chamomile flowers, marshmallow root, and raspberry leaf.

Fresh Face Complexion Tea


Directions:
Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250 ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice.
Fresh Face Complexion Tea may also be used as a herbal facial steam bath. Add one teaspoon to a bowl of steaming hot water. Steam for 10 minutes. Caution needed.
