DIMAX TYTON Linings are a range of internal linings for a wide variety of applications such as potable water, raw water, irrigation, pressure sewage, bore water, sea water, slurries and waste below and above ground. Available as SR (sulphate resisting) Cement, Seal Coated, CA (calcium aluminate) Cement and (PU) Polyurethane depending on usage.
T A GLANCE
DIMAX TYTON SR Cement Lining is centrifugally spun, producing a dense, smooth lining with extremely low permeability.
Seal Coated Cement is suitable for very aggressive, soft waters of low hardness (total alkalinity <30mg/L) or high dissolved CO² may leach lime from cement mortar linings and result in a pH increase. This is particular with low flow or residence times.
CA Cement is centrifugally cast with calcium aluminate cement, suited for septic gravity sewers or other aggressive applications.
PU is applied of an average of 1.5mm thick, providing resistance to chemicals and abrasive media.
SPECIFICATIONS
Pipeline bores carry a wide variety of fluids in an extreme range of conditions, including:

above and below ground.
Linings must be fit for purpose. They must be hydraulically smooth, operate in a range of temperatures and most importantly provide assurance of a long, trouble free service. Judicious selection of a lining for ductile iron pipeline systems will ensure the safe transportation of all these fluids.
