Introducing Bruichladdich Micro Provenance Cask 1189 to Australia.
Cask 1189 spirit was distilled using organic appaloosa barley.
We are genuinely excited to bring the Bruichladdich Micro Provenance Cask 1189 to Australia, part of an exploratory series of single cask bottlings, hand selected by Jim McEwan & Adam Hannett to showcase the complexity and pedigree of individual casks from the Bruichladdich distillery.
This cask was one of the first projects we began working on in the beginning at Barrel & Batch. In March 2020 we were given the opportunity to explore single casks from the Bruichladdich distillery, and that journey has brought us to this very unique and exciting release.
Along the way we’ll be dropping some more news around this Islay gem, stay tuned!
This exceptional Bruichladdich Single Cask whisky will be available from the 6th of October at 9am.
