How Do I Pay?
Paying for Turf Tech services is easy and convenient! When you join our community, you’ll receive an email invitation from our team with login details for our client portal. Payments can also be made over the phone during office hours or by approved checks.
Starting in 2023, we offer two payment options:
Pay-After-Service Model: Customers place a card on file for instant, hassle-free payments.
Contracted Services: Residential or commercial customers continue to receive monthly invoices for scheduled services.
What Are Your Office Hours?
Our office is open:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
You can always reach us by phone or email outside of these hours.
What Are Your Field Hours?
Our crews work hard to keep your property looking its best!
Landscaping, Mowing, & Junk Removal: During the growing season, crews may work as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m.
Snow Management: Our team is available 24/7 during snow and ice events, except when conditions are unsafe.
What Happens During Rain or Equipment Delays?
Weather and equipment delays happen. Here’s how we handle them:
The first scheduled job missed due to rain or equipment issues is the first to be completed once the delay clears.
Jobs will continue in order until the schedule is back on track.
One-time mowings may be canceled, while landscaping jobs will be rescheduled.
Recurring and contracted customer jobs always get priority.
