Frank can provide you with a remedial and therapeutic massage approach to ease muscle tension, muscle pain and discomfort by using different massage techniques that he has learned since commencing his massage career in 1976.

Frank has two principles, to massage how he would like to be massaged and to give you the message that you need. Whether you want a gentle massage to help you relax as stress and tension can affect our daily lives. Or if you are experiencing muscle pain and restricted movement which can stop you from doing the things you like to do then massage can provide some relief.
