On 21st October 1962, 3 Brothers, Victor, Joe and Ray Green started their first Real Estate office in Campsie, and V.J. Ray was born. On that first day Leon Pollard our current Managing Director was the first licensee for the company. Together they commenced building one of the most trusted names in Sydney's Real Estate Services Industry.
Leon bought out his partners interest in V.J. Ray in the mid-1970's and still heads the company today. Shortly after Leon's son Michael joined the company and today is the group's General Manager.
V.J. Ray now trades from three locations: Campsie, Auburn, Caringbah and operates four distinct divisions: Sales, Rentals, Strata Management and Valuations and employing over 35 Staff.
