Vigor Health is our clinic which offers services in Osteopathy, Podiatry, Massage, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Coaching and Personal Training. These services are there to improve your health and wellbeing. If you get an injury or illness, our experienced practitioners can help get you back on track.
Vigor Fitness is our group exercise program which runs regular Running, Cycling, Kayaking, Strength and Stretch sessions. Our group exercise sessions are for everyone and attracts an awesome bunch of people!
Vigor Events runs two major multi-sport events each year and various training camps in Running, Cycling and Kayaking. We help to train you up so you can complete our events, we think they are the best events around.
