Uccello's steak menu features incredible pasture-fed beef sourced direct from Adelaide’s passionate and dedicated butcher, Richard Gunner. After dry-aging on the bone for six to eight weeks to ensure meat is tender and flavourful, cuts are cooked simply over flame with McLaren Vale Olive Oil and Murray River pink salt.
