The Townsville Golf Club founded in 1983 and known to be the oldest golf club in Queensland. The Club has been located in the picturesque Ross River on Benson Street, Rosslea below 10 minutes from the CBD. Our course refurbished from 18 to 27 holes in the late 1980's enabling the Club to expand member competitions and to meet the demand for corporate days and social golf generally.
From the seasoned golfer on a low handicap to those who like a day out with friends, the Townsville Golf Club has something for everyone. While the Townsville Golf Club has a proud history and commitment to the traditions of the game, its excellent facilities are there for the current and future enjoyment of our wonderful sport.
