Too Easy Catering, like many great things, came about thanks to a single person with a simple, yet a noble dream. That person is Tony O’Brien, master chef and an all-round top bloke with 40 years of high-end catering experience. It was Tony’s dream to bring high-end deliciousness straight to the good people of his native Latrobe Valley.
Having just come off his eleventh year serving as executive chef for Brisbane’s Mater Health Services, Tony thought a change was in order. Enjoying his greatest success through catering for corporate functions, Tony decided to branch out.
Nowadays, he’s thrilled to be able to share his skill and passion for fantastic food with everyone, whether they’re planning the wedding of their dreams, a snazzy office party or an all-out birthday extravaganza.
