"Dr Rebecca Reynolds is the brains and heart behind The Real Bok Choy. Dr Reynolds achieved a PhD in human nutrition from The University of Sydney in 2009 and currently lectures in nutrition and lifestyle at the University of New South Wales. She recovered from an eating disorder in the early 2000s and, as a result, believes in a non-dieting approach to living.
The Real Bok Choy is regularly featured in the media, giving a genuine and colourful voice to nutrition and lifestyle logic. This voice opposes fad diets that cut out entire food groups, and promotes the prevention and treatment of eating disorders such as orthorexia nervosa.
