The Pearl opened it doors in December 2012 in the historic courtyard of the Vic Hotel. Described as a parisienne salon, the Pearl has quickly garnered a reputation for clever cocktails and delightful food with a French touch.
The contemporary menu at The Pearl is unique utilising the best of seasonal produce and drawing inspiration from France. We offer a 6 or 9 course tasting menu and A La Carte Menu 6 Nights a week. Lunch Friday offer a 3 course prix fixe and Saturday, Sunday all day Brunch offering .
Locals are said to regularly return for The Pearl’s Prix Fixe Menu A la carte or Cocktails at the bar.
