We deliver local produce driven, stripped back European provincial dishes with our modern take on the cuisines of the southern European Mediterranean nations i.e. Spain, France & Italy the positive aspects being we are not tied to one particular food style, can draw on different inspirations in décor, food design etc. While still incorporating a cold larder driven side of the menu.
