The Gap Health and Racquet Club is a locally, family owned gym and tennis centre.
What began in 1970 as The Gap Squash Club with only three courts, has now evolved into the Gap Health & Racquet Club - a first-class multi-purpose facility servicing the wider Brisbane community.
Privately owned, the Gap Health & Racquet Club remains committed to the local community, servicing the region through sport, health and fitness.
In 2001, the squash courts were converted to a health club, the first in The Gap, which now has expanded to accommodate 2200 members and offer the most comprehensive array of services in the area.
The Health Club's services include:
- Cardio Theatre
- Weights Room
- Group Fitness Room with over 40 Group Fitness classes per week
- Ladies Only Gym
- Private Personal Training Studio for 1-on-1 Personal Training or Small Group Personal Training
- 24 Hour Access
In addition, the Gap Health & Racquet Club also comprises of one of the largest tennis operations in Brisbane, services over 700 children in the coaching academy and 400 players involved in playing programs each week.
