All residents in our Care Communities live in self-contained apartments that have everything you need to live happily and comfortably, with large lounge rooms, fully-featured kitchens and spacious courtyards and balconies. You live out your days in your own home – not in institutional care.

Apartments are designed to ensure level access, and have ergonomic interiors, direct garage access, adaptable bathrooms, secure estate, built-in emergency aid and 24 hour home care services.

You receive real, personal care. Our care communities have nursing staff on site providing low, high and palliative care. We offer 24hr Medical Alert, Visiting Medical Services, Transitional Care, Gym, Rehab or Wellness Centre, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry.

Care Communities are in locations where you can walk to shops and transport. They also include a village bus, hairdresser, private gardens, vegetable gardens, high-speed broadband, theatre and a restaurant on-site.

Tall Trees Care Communities have BBQ areas, computer rooms, leisure centres, libraries, meeting rooms, outdoor pools, residents lounge, community kitchen, and some have their own woodwork workshops.
