Our tranquil rural surrounds and homely comforts make Sutton Park a relaxing place to live, where people feel connected. Close to Melton, with a number of new housing estates nearby, our residence is affectionately known as ‘our oasis’, with its landscaped gardens, warming fireplaces and welcoming lounge areas. With a weekly resident-run op shop, self-catering kitchen and other activities, we’ve created a community that’s comfortable, social and fun.

All on one level, our residence brings people together, with its open lounges, beautiful English-style gardens, café and bar area.

Morning newspaper discussion groups are a favourite, along with chats by the open fire in winter, movies in our theatre and pet therapy with our Jack Russell and Pomeranian. A new kitchen is underway, to give residents the chance to cook and enjoy home duties.

With many long-term employees, and a dedicated group of volunteers, we share a strong sense of community, where residents, families and friends can get together and enjoy the welcoming feeling that makes Sutton Park such a warm and friendly place to be.
