Tasmania's renowned sparkling wine and Pinot Noir specialists, Stefano Lubiana is a boutique family-owned and operated company that is Tasmania's first and only certified biodynamic vineyard.
Established in 1990, Stefano Lubiana Wines are focused entirely on producing small quantities of natural handcrafted wines from grape to glass in our cool maritime climate.
Our vineyard, winery & Osteria site overlooks the picturesque Derwent River estuary. Join us at our Cellar Door and Osteria for a taste of our wines and some great rustic Italian food.
In our take of an Osteria, our menu is fresh, seasonal and based on what comes out of our biodynamically run vegetable garden. We harvest honey from our own bees, we pickle and preserve our produce and we make all our own bread from organic flours in our wood fired oven. We source free-range meats from local farmers and use wild caught seafood from the pristine waters of Tasmania. We put all of this on the plate in a rustic way that is inspired by regional Italian cuisine.
