Smolt situated in Hobart's premier dining district is a modern Australian restaurant with influence from Spain and Italy.
Smolt complements our food with the best of Tasmanian wines and carefully selected national and international varieties. The wine and drinks list includes our own Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir and tap beers as well as the best and latest from local brewers and cider makers. Our choice of spirits, aperitifs, and soft drinks is discriminating and unusual.
You need never go hungry, whatever time of day you find us as our kitchen is open when we are open. From Monday to Friday we start with lunch from 11.30am which goes straight through to our dinner service from 5.30pm until late. On Saturdays and Sundays, we kick off breakfast at 8.00am, followed by Brunch at 10.30am and then dinner from 5.30pm until late. Plus the bar is always laden with a range of house-made cakes and snacks.
