SF Ballet offers adult ballet classes for all levels - whether you want to improve your posture, try adult ballet out, or get some cross-training benefits for your sports activities.

Group classes are at a small size of no more than 10 learners, so you don't miss out on any corrections and can easily follow and get a good understanding of the foundations that allow you to practise ballet safely and correctly.

Private sessions are also available upon enquiry if you prefer to focus on specific steps or drill deeper into the technique.
