Scuba IQ is a PADI and TDI/SDI Dive Resort and Training Facility, based in Port Douglas, and owned and operated by Martin Connolly and Louise Gill.
With more than 80 years of combined experience in the scuba diving industry, and with a wealth of experience gained from diving all over the globe; Scuba IQ are unrivaled in the Port Douglas area, in terms of quality and experience.
Regardless of whether you are a certified diver looking for a guided tour of the Great Barrier Reef; new to the sport, or looking to further your knowledge and skills on a dive course; we offer high-quality dive guiding services, as well as expertly taught scuba diving courses.
From 2022, Scuba IQ also operates it's own multi-day excursions under 'Scuba IQ Dive Expeditions'. These trips are custom-made by us, and offer the best diving on some of the Great Barrier Reef's most famous locations. These include places such as 'The Cod Hole'; Lizard Island, and Osprey Reef in the Coral Sea. Every year, we also visit the Ribbon Reefs for the opportunity to swim with Minke Whales.
