Although we pride ourselves on providing a service of the highest quality – sometimes problems do occur. If you have experienced a problem, or are experiencing a pest re infestation (within your free service period) contact our office to discuss your concerns. Our staff are always happy to discuss a problem with you, and often find that only a simple misunderstanding has occurred. If you are experiencing a pest reinfestation and are still within your free service period we will return to your property to re-treat at no additional cost.
