"Sambal" evokes the smell and taste of a spicy paste of onions, garlic, with chili cooked in oil - and is synonymous with Malaysian and Singaporean food. In keeping with its name, Sambal Malaysian Restaurant offers genuine Malaysian Nonya and Hawker style food experience with its strong, spicy flavors.
The menu is inspired by the diverse heritage of Malaysia which uniquely combines the Malay, Indian, and Chinese gastronomic heritage.
