Saint Patrick's Luxury Boutique Hotel is a well preserved and beautifully proportioned original building, situated in the historic township of Koroit approximately 280 kms from Melbourne, 18 kilometres from Warrnambool and 20 kilometres from Port Fairy. It is situated on the northern slopes of Tower Hill, an extinct volcano, and is only a few kilometres from the Princes Highway.

All 5 bedrooms have supremely comfortable beds with luxurious linen and goose down quilts, DVD, CD player inbuilt into TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, homemade cookies　and individually controlled heating/air conditioning.

Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with unlimited hot water (we collect our own from Saint Patrick's generous roof area), gorgeous toiletries, luxurious Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes, slippers and heated towel rails.
