Recoat Smash Repairs

Recoat has been locally owned and operated since 2001 having been located in Bonegilla for the past 12 years. We have recently moved to Baranduda to a bigger more modern workshop. Proprietor Tony Valta has an expansive history in the smash repairs industry since 1985; having worked and completed his apprenticeship locally.

The new facilities at Baranduda include a spacious workshop, stylish office, staff facilities and new truck size spray bake oven. Our Paint removal facilities have been upgraded to include a 5 Tonne overhead crane, new wash bay area and 2 in ground 6.5 metre submersion tanks.

Recoat offers a wide variety of services, from our paint & rust removal services right through to repair & paint. We specialise in customized vehicles and restoration work. Our facilities include a truck size bake spray oven to accommodate all truck cabs and trailers.

Recoat offers repairs to vehicles of all types including insurance work through to the customised restoration.

* PAINT & CORROSION REMOVAL

Recoat holds the biggest facilities for non-abrasive paint removal and corrosion removal within Australia for industrial and commercial use.

* SPEEDLINER

Recoat is the authorised dealer for Speed liner Australia. Speed liner is a new breakthrough spray – on protective coating ideal for ute backs.

* POLYSILOXANE

Application of polysiloxane paint is now available at Recoat, it is an industrial protective and maintenance coating that is compliant with ISO12944 CM-5 durability. Polysiloxane paint is ideal for industrial and long term marine use, prefect for engineering companies.
