Press* Food & Wine is one of the favourite modern restaurants in Adelaide offering range of menu and drinks. At press* we’re unashamedly parochial when it comes to sourcing our food. We work within the season, close at hand with our local suppliers and small-scale farmers.
At Press* Food & Wine, we simply want to bring the best products from our patch of the earth to the table and have fun doing it. Our menu, created by executive chef Andrew Davies & head chef Will Doak, reflects the changing seasons and incredible produce available to us in South Australia. Our custom char-grill is an integral part of the kitchen & is reflected in our menu.
The press* wine list contents will be altered, and its flavour shaped, by the vagaries of vintage and grape variety, chance acquaintances with winegrowers, bottles shared with friends, and will be subtly shaped by the seasons of food which pass through the kitchen.
