Pappa Sven spent a year living in Skellefteå, which is a small town just below the Arctic Circle in Sweden. It was truly an experience of a lifetime and something that our family will cherish forever. I immediately fell in love with not just the Scandinavian design and homewares but also the beautiful natural environment, artisan culture and wonderfully peaceful existence. I quickly realised that I wanted to somehow bring this home with me and share a part of this with Newcastle, and other Australians.
