Organic Hill

Organic Hill is the latest chapter in the Hill Family’s history in the South Australian wine industry. Founder Leon Hill wanted to create a premium label of 100% organic and preservative free wines for Australian wine lovers. After just four years, Organic Hill has grown into one of the country’s fastest growing wine labels. The wines are NASAA Certified Organic, grown in vineyards rich in natural nutrients. They are fined in a vegan-friendly manner (without the use of any animal, egg or milk products) and do not contain sulphur dioxide or related preservatives.

Organic Certification carries with it strict rules which apply to every step of the winemaking process, from soil to bottle. We firmly believe that the traditional winemaking techniques required to create organic, preservative-free wines result in wines that more vibrantly display the flavour characteristics of the grape variety.
