O.MY is the story of three brothers with passion, talent and dedication.
Blayne and Tyson as qualified Chefs and the youngest brother Chayse, an up and coming Sommelier.
An old building with a Butchery background proved to be the perfect venue for the boys to establish O.MY, and in early 2013 the brothers set about gutting the interior to create their dream – a restaurant where ingredients are challenged by a unique ability to create an exceptional dining experience.
The growth path has been rapid. Blayne and Tyson have introduced an entirely new dining experience to the people of Beaconsfield and beyond.

The passion for using exceptional produce extended to a passion for growing it. Local farm gardens were established to grow a plentiful variety of seasonal ingredients required by O.MY. As Head Chef, Blayne continues to break culinary boundaries with his incredible pairing abilities. He is endlessly researching and sourcing specialised plants and seeds from every corner of the globe. Propagation takes place at the restaurant farm and the produce is carefully nurtured from paddock to plate in order to create a truly exclusive dining experience.
