Nourish Tasmania headed by Fiona Rowell, an accredited practising dietitian with a passion for showing you that a good diet can be simple and help you feel your best whatever your age.
She has over 20 years of experience in nutrition and food consulting in hospitals and private practice. She works with clients with medical conditions and others who just want to improve their energy levels and daily performance.
She do have a special interest in children's nutrition and as a wife and mother of two high school-age girls, she understands the everyday pressures for busy families and she is passionate about helping her clients to enjoy meal times and keep them as a nurturing and relaxing activity.
