A Mother’s Vision: The Genesis of Nature’s Quest
The story of Nature’s Quest begins in 2009, in the kitchen of Edwina Pearce. As a mother of seven children, Edwina understood the challenges of finding skincare products that were both safe and affordable. Two of her children were struggling with eczema, a condition that made her particularly cautious about the ingredients in the products she used. However, finding natural products that met her standards was a difficult task, especially within the constraints of a single-income household.
Determined to find a solution, Edwina began experimenting with natural oils and ingredients, creating formulas that were gentle, effective, and, most importantly, safe for her children. What started as a personal endeavor soon grew into a passion, as Edwina realized that many other families were facing the same challenges. By the end of 2009, her home experiments had evolved into a fully-fledged business, and Nature’s Quest was born.
Building a Brand: The Early Days of Nature’s Quest
In 2010, Edwina took a leap of faith. She rented her first warehouse in Lonsdale, South Australia, and set up a small shop front where she could sell her natural products. With a basic website and a handful of products, Nature’s Quest began its journey.
