ABOUT THE PROFESSIONALS BEHIND MOJOS
Adam has over 30 years’ experience in the food industry. Born and raised just outside London he began his career gaining knowledge from some well-respected establishments in England including Sweetings, Neals and Palais du Jardin.
Creative, passionate and driven, Adam was the youngest chef to be awarded a Michelin Red M at age 21 while being the head chef at restaurant No. 28.
In 1995 he joined Malthaven Ltd and was one of the pioneering chefs of the gastropub revelation, working at the Chelsea Ram and The Queens in Regents Park. He has cooked for guests including Robert Plant, Gwen Stefani, Simon and Yasmin Le bon, the Gallagher brothers and Raymond Blanc – and yes, is quite proud to name drop!
Influenced by the formidable Marco Pierre White, Roux brothers and Paul Bucose. Adam cooks by the code of using the freshest of produce and technical brilliance to create a modern twist on the classics.
Ros, on the other hand, was born and raised on the North Shore of Sydney. Obtained a BSc at Sydney University then detoured into the world of food!
An overseas trip proved to be successful in many ways. Not only influenced by the sights and flavours of France, Italy, Greece and Egypt, it was a job in the kitchen of The Queens in Regents Park London that sealed her fate…
