Logan Emergency Ambulance Service Authority

We are committed to providing excellent service in all aspects of our response, including after the call for service is complete.The Logan Emergency Ambulance Service Authority was established by the Logan County Commission on March 5, 1979. This was done after the Commission became “cognizant of the need for a uniform ambulance service in the County of Logan” and was established in accordance with Chapter 7, Article15 of the West Virginia Code.In 2004, LEASA celebrated its 25th. Anniversary and reported 15,301 calls with an annual budget of $4,501,125.00.
