We are NOT a volume builder (we do not start more than one building project per month), we are proudly locally family owned and operated building company that operates in the greater Geelong region.

We pride ourselves on a professional and personal service. By only constructing 8-10 projects every year, it enables us to ensure that YOU get the best result.

You get to deal directly with the Registered Building Practitioner (Mark Little) who project manages your project, and this allows us to work closely with our carefully selected clients. You will not get a more professional and personalised service than with Little Constructions.
