LIFE St. Mary is an innovative program for people age 55 and older with chronic health problems and/or memory loss. For those who qualify, LIFE assists older adults in navigating the healthcare system and addressing the needs of the whole person. Services include primary and specialty medical care, medications, personal care at home, activities at a day center, meals and transportation.With the LIFE program, St. Mary Medical Center demonstrates its commitment to improving the quality of life for everyone in our community, including older adults in Bucks County who need assistance to remain independent in their own homes.
