At Lakey Family Law and Mediation we are passionate about the practice of family law
Our Principal, Annette Lakey, has almost 18 years of practice in this area and seen her clients struggling through the emotional upheaval of divorce, dividing limited resources and parenting disputes. Annette is well aware of the emotional trauma that clients go through on many levels during the separation process. She has an empathetic, understanding nature and truly cares about her clients.
During her 18 years in practice, Annette has represented many clients both when arrangements are amicable and through litigation when they are not. Her preference is to always try and mediate disputes so that her clients can retain some control over the outcome of their situation. Sometimes however this is not possible.
