Lake Cathie Pottery is the home studio of Heather Humphreys

It is situated on the mid north coast of NSW Australia.

Here Heather creates stunning small-run and one-off domestic wares that will add a sense of mystery, intrigue and importance to a special occasion or an everyday ritual.

Heather works in various stoneware clays which are fired to vitrification making all pieces oven, microwave & dishwasher safe.

Enjoy gaining excellent skills or extending your abilities in a friendly and creative environment. Day and evening sessions are held, and the class sizes are small, allowing lots of personal attention.

Choose from:

– Pottery Taster: all inclusive 4 session introductory program for beginners.

– Hand-building or Wheel Basics courses: structured programs for beginners where you'll gain solid foundational skills and beyond (8x sessions).

– Continuing programs to extend your skills or work on your own projects.

– One-off Sessions for 2-6 people: 1hr Wheel Date or 2hr Clay Date (Hand or Wheel).

– Personalised individual tuition to begin your adventure or up-skill.
