Kenlynn now develops residential, commercial, and mixed use projects ranging in value from $15 million to $60 million. The Kenlynn Group has also developed, owns, and manages a successful portfolio of hotels in and around Brisbane.

The Kenlynn Group manages the development process from project conception to completion. Our specialist team undertake site acquisition, financing, planning, construction, marketing and ongoing management. The company also undertakes all of its own construction to ensure quality control of product and successful delivery within set time constraints.
