Kalimna House Private Nursing Home is a family owned 30 bed High Care Facility. We focus on the crucial importance of relationships. The current Proprietor, Graham Gilchrist has been providing successful aged care for over 30 years. Graham takes pride in knowing his dedicated and compassionate team are giving ongoing quality care for our Residents.

Kalimna recognises that our Residents are entitled to the utmost respect and deserve compassionate, high quality care in a ‘home like’ atmosphere. We strive to provide excellent care whilst ensuring the dignity of our Residents. A commitment to the excellence within aged care has resulted in successfully fulfilling all government accreditation requirements to the highest possible standards.

Our Residents families are the corner stone of our Community; families are encouraged to be actively involved with activities taking place in the home and share their stories. This facilitates a greater knowledge of our Residents and strengthens their sense of identity; it also enables us to offer a greater depth of understanding and care.
