Jayden Enterprises was established in Mackay by Dirk Neugebauer in 1997 as a plumbing, drainage and gas fitting company. Over time he found that clients were having trouble finding other trades to do maintenance repairs and were often let down or left waiting to get other repairs completed. With the growing number of requests to do work outside the normal service scope, Jayden Enterprises included handyman, general building, carpentry and renovation services including specialty services such as asbestos removal.

In 2014, Jayden Enterprises further expanded with the inclusion of an electrical division to also provide general electrical repairs, maintenance and installation growing the capabilities as a complete one stop shop including every part of the property maintenance fields under one convenient roof.

Jayden Enterprises also provides Mackay locals with a 24 hour emergency service for plumbing and electrical including emergency carpentry repairs to damages from storms or break & enters.
