Norm and Dominique Mawad have been running insideOUT design & construct since its conception in 1999. The business specialises in Bathroom Design & Renovation, Office Fit-out Design & Construction, Interior Design incorporating psychology of colour, Foyer Refurbishment and upgrades, Structural Landscaping, Teenage/Kids Bedroom Design & Refurbishment.

Norm, who originally graduated as an Architectural Draftsman wanted a more hands on approach to his work. So after completing his internship with an incredibly fastidious tiler, Norm then went onto attaining his bathroom renovation licence and then into construction. Dominique, prior to 3 beautiful children, was in interior designer who specialised in commercial fit-outs, and project managed the construction of these fit-outs.
