Icon constructs and develops quality, cost-effective property projects. From modest beginnings in 1997, Icon now turns over in excess of $500 million annually in construction and $60 million annually in development, employing over 200 people in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Our well established Sydney-based arm in conjunction with our recent Brisbane addition have strengthened us further, enhancing our construction capacity while consolidating our development arm.
