Huskisson Pictures is situated in the town of Huskisson, which is on the shores of Jervis Bay, roughly 180 km south of Sydney and around 200 km north east of Canberra.
Huskisson Pictures was built in 1913 by the Dent family as a community venue for their workers. In August 1990, the hall was renovated to be a cinema.
The exterior was retained its original design with its new roof, passageway and way out entryways and a layer of paint. The interior was totally repaired, with new hall, toilets, floor covering, seats, drapes, sound and projection hardware.
Huskisson Pictures opens weekends and selected weekdays into the middle of school term and consistently during NSW school occasions (aside from Good Friday and Christmas Day) demonstrating the most recent releases and has a modest value structure.
