Personal Training
Personal training is the fast way to get the results you want. Session length and training style is up to you.
Options for single sessions, 5 pack and 10 pack.
Personalised Program
Aimed specifically to train for the individuals fitness goals. A program incudes 3 sessions with a trainer. It consists of a consultation, goals setting and working through the actual program.
Hypervibe Training
Whole Body Vibration provides numerous health benefits Just 10 minutes a day 3-4 times a week on our vibration machine, is all that is needed to get you on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.
