Our helados is genuinely artisan - crafted from real ingredients we creatively harmonise and based on recipes designed to carefully balance each element. Our mission is to tantalise and pleasure your palate.We work with fresh milk and cream, yolks from eggs we crack by hand, local fruits from melbourne's markets, imported fruits from their country of origin, chocolate couverture from belgium, and goodies and nuts baked and roasted in our full-sized oven. A stove is used for cooking, toasting and caramelising. You see, our ice-cream is crafted with genuine passion in a little kitchen not a laboratory.We say 'yes' to creativity, dedication, heart, artisan techniques and passion. We refuse premixes, colouring, flavouring, gelatine, shortcuts or gimmicks.
