Harrisonslaw is a legal firm located on the Redcliffe Peninsula approximately 25 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD. Our philosophy is simple. We are committed to providing service of the highest possible standard whilst achieving the best possible solutions for our clients. In keeping with our philosophy, we have adopted Service & Solutions as our firm motto.

The law has become increasingly complex and diverse in recent years. As a consequence, many suburban firms like ours have steadily decreased the areas of work undertaken in order to be better placed to serve clients. For example, our firm has not conducted personal injury, family law or criminal litigation for many years. In early 2010 we made a decision to move towards an even more specialised practice. To that end we have ceased accepting instructions in general litigation matters to allow us to concentrate on two broad types of work namely:

Wills & Estates

Working with clients in planning their estate and succession issues, assisting in the administration of deceased estates and dealing with disputes and litigation in this area. We are the only firm between the CBD and the Sunshine Coast with a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law on staff.

Property/Commercial

Working with clients regarding residential and commercial property and business issues.
