HBJ was formed and commenced practice in January 1997 following the closure of the architectural practice Hargraves Mooney Kenny Pty Ltd at the end of 1996.
Hargraves Mooney Kenny Pty Ltd and preceding architectural practice, Frank L Cullen & Partners, had a history of more than 50 years of service to the Archdiocese in the design of Catholic schools, churches, chapels and other similar projects. The current directors of this firm were employed by that practice and gained extensive experience as students of architecture and later as registered Architects.
Hargraves Briggs Jacuzzi Pty Ltd endeavour to maintain the tradition and spirit of those preceding practices.
