Founded in 2006, aiming for international expansion, so far Happy Lemon has branches over 100 different cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Melbourne, and more to follow. Overall we have more than 500 branches over the whole world. Remarkably, we are the first freshly handmade bubble tea franchise chain shop floated on the stock exchange market in December 2014.

Apart from making the best quality traditional Taiwanese bubble tea around, we have also developed many special flavoured drinks such as our signature drinks "Rock Salted Cheese" series which is creamy and enriched cheese mixed with our amazing rock salt. We invented this magic and amazing new thirsty crunch taste.
